MIND: Learn how to balance the parasympathetic and sympathetic states while we live in a biological paradox of generating safety in the midst of danger. We will apply movement based on the principles of neuroplasticity for vagal nerve balancing to help the body feel safe. This helps to balance the restrictions of the polyvagal system from wearing masks. This is especially helpful in those who suffer from PTSD.
Fee: $50 + small PayPal transaction fee.
