We usually think of short and long as descriptions for pant leg length or a hair-cut request. We don’t put those terms in reference to an infectious disease. However, this disease, COVID-19 hasn’t really fit in any box. The National Institutes of Health refer to the long-term COVID-19 symptoms as PASC, which stand for post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2. This condition can occur even in mild cases of COVID-19 and irrespective of vaccine status. Long COVID is a constellation of 26 symptoms beginning one month after COVID and extending to week 18 months post COVID.
During this workshop you will learn: the definition and prevalence of Long COVID-19, the most common symptoms, underlying pathophysiological effects, solutions that optimize mitochondrial function, spike protein clearing, lower neurological inflammation and immune system balance. We will do a meditation to optimize physiology, bring the system into coherence and identify key factors to enhance health.
Fee: $50 + small PayPal transaction fee.
