Continuing Education Units (CEUs) & Certifications

Upon completion of a course or MIM Module you may request a Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificate. The Academy is approved to award CEUs to Nurses, Acupuncturists, Doctors of Chinese Medicine, Professional Bodyworkers, and Chiropractors. The certificate hours correspond to the classroom hours of each class or module.

Submit your request via email to info@intuitionmedicine.org. In the email subject line, type “Request for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) certificate.”

In the email message body include the following required information:

  • Your student name, class or module title, and date of completion.
  • Your RN, LAc, DOCM, CMT or DC license number and legal name on your license.
  • Your email address for delivery.

Board of Chiropractic Examiners

In a reciprocal agreement with the California Board of Registered Nursing (CEP 13046), the Board of Chiropractic Examiners honors CEU credits for Academy classes.

From the Board’s CEU regulations: Any Healing Arts Board or Bureau within Division 2 of the Business and Professions Code or approved by any organization authorized to approve continuing education by any Healing Arts Board or Bureau in Division 2 of the Business and Professions Code. (i) The continuing education providers and courses referenced in subdivision (h) do not need to be approved by the Board for credit to be granted nor do they need to meet the requirements contained in Sections 362, 363, and 363.1.
