Teen Program • Ages 11 to 16 years old

Teens are naturally intuitive and have the capacity to understand and develop this valuable way of perceiving and relating to their inner and outer experiences. Being able to interpret the information available to them and use energy management skills for establishing and maintaining grounding, life force energy, and energetic boundaries can lead to an increased sense of empowerment, greater resilience, as well as an overall sense of connectedness and wellbeing.

Using imagination as the language of intuition, each week we will learn about different aspects of the subtle energy body, as well as practice skills that are essential to feeling healthy and happy. The emphasis of these classes will include experiential learning about Chakras for health, the Aura as protection, guided meditation, expressive arts, and talking circles.
